Job Description

Fabulous HR Administrator required in Central Cambridge - CIPD Level 3 preferred.Reporting to : HR Exec / Head of Human Resources Team : Working closely with Head of HR and the rest of the HR team to deliver a first-class service to My Prestigious Clients 240 Employees and Partners.You will be working on the full employee life cyclefrom recruitment to departure and everything in between. This is an ideal stepping stone for someone who has a strong HR admin background and wants to become fully involved.You will be assisting with the administration and delivery of the HR Service to a growing group of internal clients.Main responsibilities and duties General1. General administration and co-ordination of tasks in support of the day to day HR operations.2. Data input into specialist HR software to ensure employee files are kept up to date and are accurate at all times.3. Civica gurusupporting the employee base with queries and troubleshooting issues4. Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, offer letters, contracts, policies and legal documentation.5. Timely and precise documentation management (filing, archiving, scanning) to ensure HR files are up to date at all times.6. Assisting in the recruitment and training as required. (Co-ordinating interviews, scanning CVs, updating recruitment logs, booking training, sourcing training venues and distributing training materials)7. Keeping HR budget spreadsheet up to date and co-ordinate with Finance team to ensure all costs have been allocated accordingly8. Proving support with adhoc tasks as requiredCommercial

  1. Dealing with telephone calls from partners, employees, agencies, suppliers, and candidates professionally and efficiently, projecting a positive and professional image of My Client at all times.
  2. Ensuring messages are relayed in a timely fashion and that HR Executive and Head of HR are advised of any issues as soon as possible
  3. Support the delivery of first class HR service at all times.
Team Work
  1. Assisting other members of the HR team when required. 2. Flexible approach and can do attitude vitally importantMy Client is a small team and they all muck in when needed 3. Ability to provide cover when other team members are absent (ie, holiday,sickness).
  2. Experience of working in a confidential manner is essential, as is the ability to work accurately and with close attention to detail. Experience of working within a practice environment desirable.
