Heat Pump Engineer is required for our client who is a successful heating manufacture based just outside Norwich. The Engineer will be expected to attend breakdowns, fault find, maintain and service their Heat Pump/Air source/Ground source products throughoutCommercial and Domestic sites locally and sometimes on a nationwide level when required (London/Midlands/Scotland/Cornwall)Working hours 7:30 - 4:30.Heat Pump Engineer Position OverviewInstallation: Planning and executing the installation of air/ground source heat pump systems in residential or commercial settings. This involves assessing the site, connecting components, and ensuring proper system functionality.Inspection and Troubleshooting: Conducting thorough inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions in existing air source heat pump systems. Diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions to restore optimal performance.Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of air source heat pump systems. This may include cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components.Repair: Addressing and resolving any issues or malfunctions that arise in air source heat pump systems. This could involve repairing or replacing components, ensuring the system operates reliably.Customer Interaction: Communicating with clients to understand their specific heating needs, providing recommendations, and explaining the functioning of air source heat pump systems.
