Job Description

The Grounds Maintenance Team Member will not only ensure the aesthetic and ecologicalhealth of the campus but also provide essential support to various departments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance and care of the grounds through all seasons.
  • Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively within the grounds team to manage large-scale projects and daily tasks.
  • Provide friendly and effective service, ensuring all standards are met.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Good general education, preferably with a focus in horticulture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance or garden care.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Must hold a full British driving licence.
