Deliverables:R&D FP&A is a small, global team supporting the R&D organisation. This role is for an experienced Analyst to work closely with the FP&A Leads across R&D (particularly BioPharma) in driving the production of standard tools, models and analytics. The role will also closely support and drive the reporting and forecasting deliverables within the team, as necessary:*Production of tools, models and ad hoc analytics*Process improvement*Monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables*Forecasting cycle delivery*Close liaison with Finance Business PartnersKey areas of responsibility / Actions*Produce templates to support R&D organisation reporting activity*Produce templates to support R&D organisation planning activity (LTP and MTP)*Produce templates to support R&D organisation analytics activity*Support BioPharma FP&A lead with presentation materials for use by senior leaders*Assist in driving the BioPharma R&D finance team to meet month end and budget cycle deliverables*Drive process improvements across areas of responsibilityCapability requirements*Detailed oriented*Microsoft skills*Hyperion and SAP skills*Teamwork*Organisational skills*Communication skillsKey learnings/benefits from this project*In-depth knowledge of R&D organisation financials*Strengthening of analysis, teamwork and communication skills*Networking with global R&D finance team and group finance*Different perspective of GFS relationshipBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
