We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Flood Technician with experience in restoration and water damage to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to flood and water damage incidents, conductingrestoration procedures, and ensuring properties are restored to their pre-damage condition. As a Flood Technician, you will play an essential role in mitigating water damage effects and providing efficient and effective restoration services to our clientsin Cambridge and the surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities:Promptly respond to emergency calls for flood and water damage incidentsAssess the extent of damage, develop restoration plans, and implement restoration proceduresPerform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes to minimize damageRemove damaged materials, sanitize affected areas, and coordinate repairsCollaborate with insurance providers and adjusters to manage restoration claimsMaintain accurate documentation of restoration procedures, equipment used, and restoration outcomesAdhere to health and safety regulations and industry standardsRequirements:Proven experience as a Flood Technician or in water damage restorationKnowledge of restoration procedures, equipment, and materialsAbility to work efficiently and decisively in high-pressure emergency situationsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approachExcellent communication and customer service skillsPossession of a valid drivers license and willingness to travel as neededCertification in water damage restoration is an advantageSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annumLocation: Cambridge (CB2 3LL)Advert: Are you an experienced Flood Technician with a background in restoration and water damage looking for a new challenge in Cambridge Join our team and play a vital role in responding to flood incidents, conducting restoration procedures, and restoringproperties to their original condition.
