We are recruiting for an innovative e-commerce and retail transportation brand. This brand has recently been acquired and is now part of a much larger PE backed group. The business now needs to scale the finance team further. It has approximately 30 peoplein finance based in Cambridge and is looking to increase the capacity. This role will pay £70,000-£75,000 + company car allowance + bonus + pension. We are seeking someone who will put together the glossy report for the business, as if its a PLC.This person can do 1 or 2 days in Cambridge and the rest at home.Responsibilities of the role will include the following:Prepare statutory accounts and disclosures for up to 30 entitiesPreparation of FCAPreparation of covenant compliance calculationsPreparation of quarterly and annual statistical filingsPreparation of the audit scheduleResponsible for group reporting pack and internal reportingCashflow analysis. Technical memos and liaising with the Big 4 with specifics around IFRS9 and IFRS15.Involved in the consolidation systems upgradeSupporting the FP&A team with working capital analysisThis is a great role, with a good progression path. The ideal candidate is Big 4 or Top 10 ACA qualified, working in a larger business as a Financial Accountant, Senior Group Accountant, or Group Reporting Manager looking to work for a larger group witha lot of progression.
