Our ClientOur client, an early stage, high growth tech business has developed a Social Mobile and Desktop App designed to disrupt a $250bn global market within the B2B2C space. Founded in 2016 by a tech entrepreneur who has successfully built and sold 3 companies,1 of which made it to IPO. Our client has gone through two completed rounds of investment and are now looking hire a Field Sales Executive.What Youll GetThe Field Sales Executive will report into the Head of Revenue and will be based in or around Leeds. You can expect a basic salary of circa £30k plus £12k OTE + 5k Car Allowance + Mileage + Company Bonus and excellent benefits. The plan for the next 2 yearsis to grow a sales team of 40 plus people so there will be loads of opportunity for promotion and progression.What Youll Do As a Field Sales Executive you will be tasked with prospecting new clients, working from a database of cold and warm prospects and then pitching them on our clients solution before closing them. Once allowed, this will be a very client facing orientatedrole as you target venues and locations across Cambridge to secure them on the platform. This is likely to be structured as 2 days WFH to book appointments and 3 days meeting with Clients.What Youll NeedThis Field Sales Executive will have 1 years b2b sales experience, ideally in a field role but this is not essential. You will want to work for a fast paced, high growth start-up.
