We design and install everything from floral arrangements to living walls for everyone fromFTSE100 companies to luxury hotels.Now due to a recent remarkable 20% growth in our core business, we are in urgent need of an operations manager to support the owner in the day-to-day operations of the business.The Operations Manager Role:This varied and hands-on position entails supervising a small team of maintenance technicians responsible for maintaining our plants at clients locations. Collaboration with the technicians as a cohesive team may also be required during peak periods. Youwill report directly to the business owner and collaborate closely with them on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities:+ Scheduling work and the labour needed for such+ Liaising with customers and suppliers+ Procurement of necessary materials+ Maintaining accurate records+ Management of a small fleet of vehicles+ Implementation of new software systems and processes+ Training new recruitsAbout you:The ideal candidate will be a courteous, honest, reliable character who enjoys liaising with customers, working in a variety of environments and has a love of plants. A knowledge of plants is essential for this role and you must demonstrate some previousexperience in horticulture, landscaping, grounds maintenance or floristry.
