  • Designing and delivering engaging employability training sessions to equip learners with essential job search and workplace skills.
  • Providing one-on-one support and guidance to learners, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Collaborating with employers and industry partners to ensure training content is relevant and aligned with industry needs.
  • Monitoring learner progress and adapting training programs as needed to meet individual and group needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and learner achievements.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering employability training or career development programs.
