Job Description

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for an inspiring new role Do you have 5+ Years+ post qualification experience working in and around Commercial & Office Fitout portfoliosWe are on the lookout for an Electrician who has existing experience in Commercial Install/Interior Design & Build projects and who wants to move forward in their career with a consultancy who puts people before profits!About You..Reporting to our Electrical Manager, you will be an experienced, enthusiastic, and professional Electrician.The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively and collaboratively with professional consultants, whilst working closely with our Electrical Manager to ensure allocated tasks are effectively scheduled with clear outcomes, meeting set deadlines andproject requirements.You will be proactive and self-managed by nature, able to work from your own initiatives whilst consistently completing work to the highest standard.Ideally you will have the following Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years post qualification experience working in and around commercial property portfolios.
  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 3
  • City & Guilds 2391-52 Testing and Inspection (Advantageous)
  • 18th Edition BS7671:2018 Amd. 2 Certified
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work within a team, effectively and collaboratively with professional consultants.
  • Ability to plan work and complete it within agreed timelines, whilst being adaptable to changing plans and timescales.
  • Ability to read wiring and building services schematics. Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills, responding to issues, finding workable solutions safely.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical Faults.
