Job Description

The RoleGonville & Caius College is seeking a Development Officer to play a key role in delivering its annual giving programme as part of the highly successful Development & Alumni Relations Office. With friendly staff, a welcoming Fellowship, andforward-thinking leadership, it is an exciting time to be joining Gonville and Caius. All College departments actively work to support students in overcoming the barriers to come study here and help them thrive throughout their time in College so they canmake the most of their Cambridge experience.The successful candidate will take full charge of a comprehensive programme of annual giving, dovetailing the telephone fundraising campaign with digital appeals, direct mail and donor stewardship. Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate will previousexperience in running digital or telephone fundraising campaigns. They will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as is an understanding of generational motivating factors in thephilanthropic context.This is a full time role attracting a salary in the region of £32,000.Why work at CaiusBenefits include:
