Our client is currently seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Service Deputy Manager to support the Food & Beverage Service Manager in managing all food and beverage services for various internal and external events. This includes cafeteria lunches, fine dining, College feasts, buffet service, student café, and bar.The main goal of this position is to provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. The Deputy Manager will also be required to deputize for the Manager when necessary.Some of the primary responsibilities for this position include assisting the Food & Beverage Service Manager, ensuring the smooth running of food and beverage services, engaging with customers, and exceeding their expectations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Kinetics room booking (or similar) system, knowledge of EPOS/Uniware cashless (or similar) system, and a First Aid qualification (or willingness to undertake training). The salary for this position is £29,900 - £31,000 per annum, and the working hours are 37.5 hours per week on a shift system covering seven days, including evenings and weekends. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive a pension and 26 days of annual leave plus public holidays (34 days in total).
