They will collaborate with colleagues in R&Dscientists, physiciansand statisticians giving scientific and technical recommendations on drug targets for new drug discovery. The role will promote best practice in multiomic data and machine learning across multiple domains, and/or stakeholder groups.Typical AccountabilitiesDevelop graph-based ML analytical models to support specific R&D projectsPresent recommendations from ML analysis to stakeholdersMaintain and update knowledge graph with new datasetsDevelop new capabilities to facilitate next versions of knowledge graphCollaborate withscientists, physicians and statisticians to identify recommendations from knowledge graphs as well as other research dataProvide technical input, options and directions to strategic decisions made by cross functional teamsEducation, Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceEssentialMS in computer science or data science or other advanced degree computer scienceVery strong python coding abilityExperience with handling biological datasetsExperience with graph-based machine learning modelsDesirableGraph experience and handling of disease multi-omics dataIf you are interested please apply or send your CV to
