Job Description

Job Title - Data EngineerTheir Purpose - An exciting and growing company who world-leading battery technology developer.Location & flexibility - Cambridge, Flexible WorkingSalary & Benefits - £45,000 - £55,000, Private Medical Insurance, Enhanced Pension, 27 days + BHAbout the Job -

  • Develop, construct, test, and maintain company-wide technical databases and data management workflows, focussed on electrochemical data.
  • Develop and deploy data analysis codes or tools for in-depth analysis of electrochemical data.
  • Manage and coordinate external software providers or contractors for databases, and data processing.
  • Train and support technical team members in efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Lead data analysis campaigns on electrochemical data sets from various projects.
About you -
  • A degree (BSc or Masters or PhD) in a relevant field, such as Electrochemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
  • Three years of professional working experience in a similar role, as capability to do independent and self-driven.
  • Fluent in Python (essential), SQL (beneficial), Microsoft VBA, Github, and others as required.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools.
