You will act on behalf of clients who have obtained serious injuries as a result ofpersonal injury or clinical negligence, or clients associated with the firms thriving private client team. Playing a key part in strengthening client relationships, you will advise clients and families in relation to the court application process, creatingand managing client budgets, annual deputy report preparation, often working with the litigation department during the claim.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will be sensitive and empathic, with at least 7 years’ experience as a Court of Protection Solicitor / Deputy assisting vulnerable clients. You will demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and developas part of a close-knit team. A confident communicator with a positive work ethic, you will be client focused and demonstrate the ability to manage client and family expectations. You will be keen to grasp the opportunity to work with likeminded individualswithin the department and join a legal 500 recognised firm.
