RADIOLOGY/CLINICAL RESEARCHSalary Scale: £24907 - £30615Full time: 37.5 hours. Royal Papworth Hospital has gained a world-class reputation for innovation and excellence.The Clinical Trial Data Coordinator- Radiology will be working on National Consortium of Intelligent Medical Imaging (NCIMI) studies. Working closely with the investigators and research staff the post holder will be responsible for:

  • data collection from medical records and databases and data management
  • assisting in the preparation of reports and publications
  • obtaining images identified by the NCIMI Site Lead or research radiographer(s), anonymising patient details and securely transferring images and any supporting information via a File Transfer Process to a third party
  • support the NCIMI site lead or research radiographer(s) in organising a large patient and scan database and assist in extracting data from this for analysis.
  • The Clinical Trial Data Coordinator- Radiology will assist in setting up NCIMI trials, recruiting patients, coordinating data collection and arranging assessments and follow up episodes specified by the protocol. They will ensure that specified milestones are achieved on time and demonstrate that high quality data is being collected and that the trial is being conducted according to ethically approved protocols and ICH-GCP standards.The Clinical Trial Data Coordinator- Radiology will support NCIMI studies/projects within Radiology.
