Job Description

Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: CambridgeSalary: Competitive (OTE £55k)Job type: Full time / PermanentKosnic Lighting have a fantastic opportunity for a talented sales professional to join our exciting company, and one of the most successful in the lighting industry.This is your chance to utilise your extensive sales experience and implement innovative ideas to drive sales opportunities throughout the Home Counties (PE, IP, CO, CM, MK, SG postcodes).About the role:

  • You will manage a portfolio of accounts, developing positive relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business and cross selling opportunities.
  • You will also enjoy hunting for new business and making this flourish to see your sales figures grow.
  • Your helpful nature and first-class customer service will ensure you are the main point of contact for customers, assessing their needs and working with other departments to provide solutions.
  • Whilst the OTE is £55k the bonus is un-capped so the earning potential is
About you:
  • The successful candidate will have industry experience and enjoy working with electrical wholesalers and contractors.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, able to develop customer relationships and have strong organisational skills. Your interest/knowledge of technical products and the lighting industry will put you in good stead, along with your desire to resolveproblems and get things done.
  • This area has been identified as one with great potential, so you will have the opportunity to develop and shine.
  • This is a field-based role, so it is essential you have a full driving license.
