I am looking for a Bar Manager to join the Bar management team of Brand New Vegan Restaurant in Central CambridgeAsBar manager you will work closely with general manager and owners to ensure excellent drinks service at all times. You will be responsible for creating your own bespoke syrups and spirit infusions, training and coaching the team in order to deliver the level of service expected of this venue, using your experience and cocktail knowledge you and your team will help to createa style of theatre, with the most up to date drinks available and dispense methods used.The business has created a unique cocktail menu designed especially for the Cambridge market, you will use your beverage knowledge to be able to lead from the front, confidently talking to guests & upselling as required. My clients are open to new drinks andcocktail menus, and you will have the opportunity to be instrumental in the direction of these menus. You will ideally be able to create all cocktails on the menu, plus be able to make bespoke ones as requested.As Bar Manager you will have a good understanding of spirits and cocktails, as well as wines and other drinks, as well as good mixology experience and a passion for designing bespoke cocktails, as part of the management team you will also carry out Duty Managershifts, including managing the FOH team and engaging and talking to restaurant guests.As well as a great salary of up to £30,000, this role offers, amazing tips an industry leading benefits and perks platform, pension, free uniform and an opportunity to be instrumental in the business direction as well as a great training anddevelopment package.
