Alongside this, they provide solutions to their customers ensuring they have access to a live support desk offering unrivalled and up to date knowledge of the product they re-sell.In this role you will be expected to take on an autonomous position in which you will build relationships and provide support to a wide range of customers, using the specific software, to help design products. Further tasks include acting as a front line support user, create and deliver training material and also create and de-liver pre-sales demonstrations.The ideal candidate will be someone very confident in SOLIDWORKS, other CAD software may be considered too.
