We are delighted to be working with a leading biotech organisation based just south of Cambridge as they seek to recruit a Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a part time permanent basis. The hours for this role are anywhere between 22.5 - 30 hoursper week, and the hours can be worked across 3-5 days. The role will also offer some flexibility to work from home, but the majority of the role will be based in the office.As the incoming Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties, including but not limited to:- Processing supplier invoices- Reconciling supplier statements- Responding to purchase ledger queries- Daily management of the accounts inbox- Preparing payment runs- Covering for credit card and expenses processing- Additional relevant tasks as requiredAs the successful applicant for this role, you will have previous experience working in a similar role, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. You will also have excellent communication skills both on a written and verbal level. Other desirableattributes include:- Excellent organisational skills- Ability to prioritise workload meet deadlines- Strong IT literacy skillsThis role offers an extensive holiday and benefit package.
