Job Description

Youre a driven, self-motivated Account Manager who is as good selling via "Teams" as you are over the phone. This role is home based with a requirement tocome into the office at least one day a week. Our offices have recently had a huge reinvestment and we are confident you will love the environment. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:· Communicating with clients primarily via telephone and Microsoft Teams · Managing a portfolio of existing accounts for continued long-term success. · Establishing excellent communication with clients and developing new sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling products and services. · Negotiating and closing new business opportunities whilst supporting the business to generate new enquires. · Maintaining and updating Management Information Systems accurately · Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the companys products or services.PERSON SPECIFICATION: (Account Manager /Medical Equipment / Manufacturer - Medical & Health Sectors) To be a successful Account Manager, you will be confident in your approach to communicating across all levels and you will ideally have a background where you are comfortable talking to everyone from maintenance managers within care homes through to chief executivesin multi-site Groups. Any experience of working with or selling in the medical or care sectors will be beneficial. You will be:· Confident communicating via the phone/Microsoft Teams negotiating and developing sales B2B, whilst maintaining strong relationships. · Tasked with managing your own workload independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. · Accountable, able to work within set timescales and be able to multi task. · A team player who offers a positive, and supportive contribution to our company · Competent with IT systems including the full suite of Microsoft Office · Personable and an enthusiastic team playerTHE COMPANY: We are proud to have a company that has a "family feel" that works within sectors that genuinely improve peoples lives.
