About us...At 1-2 Achieve we provide in person 1-1 tutoring for students with a wide range of challenging and or educational needs. We work closely alongside childrens homes, schools, parents, and local authorities to ensure tailored education plans are put into placefor young people who cannot be in mainstream school, with an end goal of eventually re-introducing our students back into mainstream school where possible.We provide education in various locations from childrens homes, schools to local libraries, with a goal of helping each child engage in a form of education in each session using their likes and interests to help ensure focus.We work to build positive relationships with all of our students so that we can best support when they are disengaged and or struggling to meet age-related academic expectations, we do this by using our child’s voice.We believe that all children deserve to be heard, so each session we ask our young people to give their voice on how education went, and if there is anything that they would like us to log for professionals, parents or other staff at 1-2 Achieve.What we are looking for...We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, compassionate, and hardworking tutors, teaching assistants and HLTA’s who come from either a teaching, classroom assistant or tutoring background and or social care backgrounds.This job is very rewarding in its nature as we guide those children who have not been able to find the support they have needed within a mainstream setting.Working environment...Here at 1-2 Achieve, we pride ourselves on creating an inviting and supportive environment and have recently added a support team of senior staff who are there to assist our tutors with ensuring our young people show progression, are building positive relationships,are meeting small targets, and are engaging well with education.Our support team check in daily with our tutoring team to offer support with links to the curriculum, to share supportive measures and to offer additional recourse ideas and schemes of work.Company benefits…Include continued personal progression with CPD courses and an employee assistance programme through Bright HR, offering a 24-hour confidential helpline supporting with counselling, bereavement, legal information as well as tenancy and housing concerns.Remuneration...A full-time positions Salary ranging from £19000 to £22000 per year depending on experience.Our website link: https://1-2achieve.online/
