Job Description

INNA CARE is currently hiring for experienced registered general nurses for an immediate start of work at Callands, Warrington, WA5.The purpose of this role is to achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards as well as organizational policies and procedures.Responsibilities

Undertake the assessment of nursing needs of new and existing Residents and ensure that their care needs are communicated to HC-One colleagues.
Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
Ability to identify and take appropriate clinical and other interventions to ensure the comfort, well-being, and safety of service users.
To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
Ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout clinical processes
To recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians or in accordance with the patients care plan.

Qualifications

Must be a registered professional nurse with current license
Must have a valid NMC Pin
Up to date training and certification
Knowledge of professional standard of practice

Skills

Previous experience working with HC-One Limited is desirable but not essential
A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A committed, organised, and flexible individual.
Flexibility to work different shift pattern (Days, Nights, Weekends)
