Job Description

With more than 70 million users in nearly 100 countries, Mitel is the only company that wakes up every day exclusively focused on helping customers take their communications from where they are today to where they expect them to be.Overview:The Sales Support Specialist is an instrumental role in supporting our Partners/Distributors/Customers as well as our sales force, by means of providing exceptional support and assistance to help maximise our partners/distributors/customers and sales team opportunities to sell our products and solutions and grow market share. This is a fixed term position due to maternity leave.Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with our sales teams
  • Build strong working relationships with the Partners/Distributors/Customers
  • Engage and establish a working relationship with other teams across Mitel from Sales to Order Management and Logistics
  • Input to all processes that touch our Partners/Distributors/Customers to ensure they meet business needs, be prepared to challenge and drive change where needed
  • Ensure all queries are dealt with professionally and within an agreed time frame
  • Provide or co-ordinate requested quotes
  • Provide reports and summaries as requested by Sales Support manager for team progression and improvement
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to work as part of a team but to also be able to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions and keep commitments
  • Analyse the various parts of a problem thoroughly and develop logical solutions
  • Ability to document best practice and lessons learnt as problems are solved
