Job Title: Internal Sales Executive Location: Caldicot Salary: £25,000 per annum (OTE Bonuses £28,000)Hours: Full time. Monday - Friday days regular - Hybrid 2 days at home and 3 days in the office (first 3 months this would be 100% office based for training purposes)Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to work for a company based in Caldicot on a full time and permanent contract.Main Job Roles

Working in collaboration with Sales Team(s) to enable sales and growth across established accounts.
Managing accounts and driving sales as part of the Partner Team Sales plan.
Driving sales in nominated accounts.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications to & from our customers in a clear and professional manner ensuring their requirements are fully understood and appropriately met.
Qualifying new customer leads
Research accounts, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate sales.
Consistently meet Sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Develop relevant product knowledge and skills of all existing and new company products.
Supporting our customers throughout the sales process.
Use the internal Client Relationship Management and Accounting software to input, process and verify data entry relating to our customers, sales transactions, payments and stock levels.
Supporting the sales team with Sales Administration tasks.

Required Experience

Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead Generation
Experience in a similar role (e.g. Inside Sales Executive, Inside Sales Representative)
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales workflow systems
Highly competitive, achievement-oriented, motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Natural self-motivation and also the ability to work as part of a busy team.
Proactive attitude and keen to learn
Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to progress in a sales career with a fast-growing company.
