Job Description

Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Operatives to join our clients manufacturing plant within the Caldicot area.Hours of work:Afternoons - 16:00pm - 00:30 Monday to Thursday & Fridays 16:00pm to 18.30pm on FridaysDuties

  • General production duties working to KPIs and targets.
  • Operate and set production machinery following process instructions in an efficient and productive manner.
  • Inspection and quality of product ensuring ISO and quality standards are achieved.
  • Fully understand the process flow relevant to the work area.
  • Have full knowledge and understand the product quality standards relevant to the work area and ensure that all work produced conforms to these standards.
Essential
  • Be able to demonstrate a good attendance and time-keeping record
  • Show a willingness and ability to learn new skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised;
  • Have effective communications skills;
  • Work in a clean room environment;
  • Have the ability to prioritise and organise their own work to deliver to agreed deadlines;
  • Be able to carry out any job function in accordance with all Health & Safety rules and regulations
