Join a lively team in a market which is expanding rapidly across the globe, as a Project Manager.Based in Caerphilly (South Wales) we design and develop new products under the NEXTBASE brand.We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our companys ongoing projects. You will be working closely with staff members across the company to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include collation & evaluation of project proposals from across the company. Prioritisation of projects within the available resources. Evaluating project proposals for financial viability and creating detailed and accurate project plans with clear deliverables. Establishing effective project communication and cross departmental buy in, as well as the effective execution of the plans. Presenting routine project status progress reports and highlighting any challenges to achieving the final objectives to Company Management.To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional qualification is an advantage.Project Manager Responsibilities:? Being the main point of contact for new project focus, evaluation and delivery.? Coordinating with cross discipline team members, to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.? Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.? Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.? Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.? Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.? Coordinating the supporting material such as Customer Support setup, APPs, Software, Graphical design, User Manuals, Website, Certification, Backend servers.? Obtaining cross departmental acceptance of project deliverables.Project Manager Requirements:? A Bachelor?s Degree or Master Degree in a related field.? Project Management Professional qualification is a plus.? Very strong verbal and written communication skills.? Ability to deal with people on all levels, around the world.? Ability to inspire respect across the company and multitask many projects concurrently.? Proven experience (2 years+) in Project Management, preferably in a retail or IT related field.? Ability to travel, as we have two primary sites in the UK however, run projects globally.? Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.? Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.? Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.? Coaching ability or order to get the best from staff involved in the various projects.? Strong working knowledge of PC systems such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Basecamp / Teamwork projects / Plutio or similar. Required skills
