Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Financial Controller based Caerphilly (Wales) Working for a highly successful Manufacturing business. This role offers a fantastic career opportunity to the right person with a clear pathway to the position of Finance Director within an agreed timeframe.An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance professional (Qualified or Part qualified) looking for their next step to join an established and growing manufacturing company based in Caerphilly. Primarily responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts, including the provision of detailed cost and margin analysis by project. You will be responsible for all aspects of project and inventory accounting and will liaise with all departmentswithin the business.You will need to be an excellent communicator and influencer and be able to work independently and engage with all departments as needed. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team and be part of Board Meetings with the CEO/Chair.
