Job Description

Digital Marketing ManagerSouth Wales £28,000 - £35,000This is an opportunity to help scale a business’s digital marketing arm of the business, you will join a small but dynamic marketing department and work very closely with the Head of Marketing.As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving sales, reputation, presence and awareness by step-changing the effectiveness of all digital channels, touchpoints and activities including the website, CRM & marketing automation, PPC, SEO and social media.You will be highly analytical, and data driven, an expert at using marketing automation and performance marketing to drive business success.Responsibilities:

  • Own all elements of website performance, content and experience, ensuring they are up to date, relevant and motivating, continuously improving UX, driving traffic, leads and conversions
  • Drive Ecommerce strategy and performance
  • Lead & optimize PPC/SEO programmes, identifying profitable lead generation opportunities, testing and analysing, improving acquisition costs & other KPIs
  • Manage all customer digital touchpoints
  • Develop and deliver the marketing email process from start to end; planning & scheduling, AB testing, gathering content, sign-off, sending and reporting
  • CRM system management; creating contact properties, lists and segments, reviewing and improving automation, enhancing customer experience to drive leads and conversions
  • CRM activity implementation, optimisation and analysis including trigger led, seasonal and ongoing CRM campaigns and customer journeys (especially sampling)
  • Plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including posting, testing and community management
  • Plan and execute a best-in-class content strategy to build brand reach and engagement
  • Extensive content creation including copywriting and design
  • Managing all marketing analytics to drive and support decision-making across all other marketing streams, including Google Analytics
  • Develop powerful dashboards and reports to drive decision making
  • Effectively evaluate all activity with clear insight and recommendations research and understand our competitors and utilising this information in our digital strategy and to compile monthly reports
  • Skills & Experience:
  • Marketing automation/CRM
  • PPC & SEO tools & techniques
  • Highly adept using Excel, Google Analytics, Wordpress
  • Good working knowledge of Adwords, Bing and Facebook advertising
  • A good understanding of SEO
  • Degree or equivalent qualification (desirable)
  • Minimum 3 years B2C digital marketing experience (highly desirable)
