This will involve using Software such as Celonis and ensuring any improvements are in line with our business objectives.We are looking for this individual to highlight new processes, provide support and guidance when needed and ensuring that these are fully embedded in the business. Supporting colleagues is essential and alongside other members of the CI Team will provide processguides and training materials.The candidate will be responsible for the application of process improvement frameworks and provide performance analytics to continuously monitor continuous improvement activities. You will assist in the delivery of various improvement projects across thecompany to ensure requirements are gathered and all milestones are met timely and to a high standard.We Are Looking For:You will have excellent rapport building skills and be a confident communicator with a passion for continuous improvement. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Continuous improvement or process enhancement role with an understanding or knowledge of processimprovement would be beneficial but not essential (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). You must have an eye for detail and have strong analytical skills.
