An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dietitian to gain experience and specialist skills in mental health dietetics as part of the existing dietetic team in Specialist Child and Adolescent Services (S-CAMHS), based at St. Cadocs’ Hospital.S-CAMHS in Aneurin Bevan Health Board have been undergoing a period of service redesign and reconfiguration in line with some of the changes happening in the community services and as a result of closer working with other partners.The role will be multi-disciplinary in nature, and will provide the successful applicant with a wide range of therapeutic experience, a clear supervision pathway, and the opportunity for intensive working with young people and their families.As a service we have been working closely with colleagues in primary care CAMHS and community based Children’s teams to ensure that families, via the Single Point of Access, receive the right services first time.
