TH Solutions are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager to help run a medium sized care home in Newport.The role of the Deputy Manager is to assist the Registered Manager with the day-to-day organisation and effective running of the service, providing clinical leadership and management support for the nursing and care support staff teamsTo support the Registered Manager by managing clinical risks within the service, developing and monitoring the clinical and non-clinical training and development needs of staff and maintaining a safe and healthy work and home environment.

2 years experience as a supervisor in Nurse home setting required
