Nurse Manager job role!£50,000 per annum!Monday to Friday only!No nursing floor duties!THS Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading eldercare client who have several care homes in South Wales and are looking for a senior nurse or clinical lead nurse who is looking for a next step into care home management.You will be working closely with the current home manager to help support and run a 45 bed care home in Newport.The role is predominately a supernumerary role and no nurse duties are required from you however you will need to cover floor shifts for emergency cover.Our client really does look after their staff by offering work life balance and a base salary of £50,000 per annum working 42 hours per weekYOU Active nurse pin is required (NMC Registered)
