TH Solutions are very proud to be recruiting a Care Assistant for a beautiful home Caerleon. The home has 32 beds offering both Nursing and Residential support for the elderly. The home are looking for experienced care staff who have experience or have workedin a similar role previously.As a Care Assistant you would be working alongside a dedicated, caring and skilled team who offer ongoing training and support to their staff. There will be lots of opportunities to progress if this is something of interest to you.Main Duties of Care Assistant Include:
  • Providing support and care to residents
  • Supporting and assisting with personal care
  • Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks
  • Supporting the residents with their hobbies and social interests
  • Offering companionship and support to residents
  • Encouraging residents independence
