Job Description

As a Call Handler working for our public sector client you will work within a great team providing an excellent level of customer service. You will be confident, willing to learn and will be able to provide the best customer service.This is a hybrid role, you will be required to to attend the office once a week on a business need basis.Job role

  • Answering inbound calls within set targets
  • Logging of inbound calls
Essential criteria
  • Previous call handling experience environment.
  • Good communication in English, both written and oral
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to commit to working shifts
Job typeTemporaryDuration3 months with possible opportunity of permanent position after 12 weeks.Working hoursMonday to Friday, 8.30 am - 4.30 pmHourly rate£10.40 please note the rate is due to increase shortly.LocationThis is a hybrid role however you will be required to attend the office in Newport on a business needs basis.What we provide you with
