Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health ServiceA position has arisen for a band 6 clinician, to work with the Intensive Support and Engagement Team (ISET), based at Ty-Bryn Unit at St Cadocs Hospital. The ISET team is part of the CAMHS service. The ISET team aims to work intensively with families, young people and other agencies in order to maintain young people in their current environments. We work closely with young people and other agencies pre-crisis, and post crisis, using a range of therapeutic approaches and interventions. The post will require the successful applicant to deliver specific care programmes for young people and families. The post is open to qualified clinicians with significant post-registration CAMHS experience.The post-holder will be expected to develop and deliver evidence based group and individual work, and will be required to work closely with families, across a range of settings. The post holder will also be required to offer evidence based individual work with young people experiencing extreme psychological distress.
