Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will keep you on your toes We are looking for a Trainee Stock & Credit Controller who is passionate about maintaining accurate records of stock and credit control. The ideal candidate will come from an administrativebackground and be seeking a new brand career!You will be responsible for invoicing customer orders, inputting incoming stock, conducting monthly stock checks, and building a good working relationship with staff at ABP Quay in Kings Lynn.As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for chasing overdue debt, resolving customer queries, and liaising with client relations managers at the Invoice Financing Facility. You will also be posting and allocating customer payments onto Sage, creatingnew customer accounts, and controlling accounts over credit limit.In addition to these responsibilities, you will be providing holiday cover for accountants, answering incoming calls, and taking messages during peak periods. You will also be raising and verifying Haulage and Timber Supplier Purchase Invoices in line withCustomer invoicing.We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, flexible, and driven individual with strong Excel skills and high competence. You must have a full UK Driving License and own car to be able to commute to the office on a daily basis as there is no publictransport. You must also be willing to commute to Kings Lynn on at least a monthly basis. You must be willing to work in the office 5 days a week – no WFH.You should have strong attention to detail and be methodical. You should be comfortable working with numbers and have the ability to calculate and convert to and from cubic meters.
