Senior M&E QS - East Anglia - PermanentA well-established mechanical and electrical services company are actively looking for an experienced Senior M&E QS based in their Suffolk office for their expanding division covering Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Lincolnshire. As the Senior M&E QS youll be providing sound commercial and contractual advice to Operational Managers, by reviewing and advising on agreements relating to both pre-contract and post-contract. Operating in a dynamic environment, they are currently involved in a large portfolio of projects in various sectors including Defence (MOD & RAF), Healthcare and Commercial sector, with values ranging from £500 to £4m Provide general advice and assistance on contractual matters, including negotiating and advising on construction contracts, preparing CVRs, settling final account, monthly P&L reviews, and budgeting and forecasting.
