Senior Electrical Contract Manager - Permanent - Commercial Projects across East AngliaA well-established mechanical and electrical services company are actively looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Contract Manager for their expanding Suffolk office. As the Senior Electrical Contract Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the electrical projects department. Managing and developing Project Engineers and Project Managers who are managing projects in various sectors including Defence (MOD & RAF), Healthcareand Commercial sector, with values ranging from £500 to £4m.As the Senior Electrical Contract Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from start to finish Planning to make sure multiple projects completed are profitable Plan, structure and lead the planning of project programmes Procurement of sub-contractor, materials, plant and labour Engage with Key Project Stakeholders Managing change control and price variation Be financially accountable for projects from inception ensuring profit margins are met and exceededApplications are invited from candidates with the following skills and experience Experience of leading design from tender to construction phas Working for a Building Services Contractor at a similar management level Financially sound and commercially aware SMSTS Level 4 or higher in Electrical Engineerin Experience working in NEC3 contract environment Amtec software knowledge Please contact Adam Brown on or or for more information about this role or if you are interested in a new electrical management opportunity within the Building Services sector (Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Project Manager,Electrical Contract Manager)
