Job Description

Warehouse OperativeWe are currently recruiting for warehouse operative roles in Burton-Upon-Trent, DE14 2UZExcellent working conditions within modern warehouse environment.We have a number of vacancies across different departments. The role is ongoing temporary in nature with an immediate start date, long term possibly leading to permanent.Permanent positions available every year along with FLT, Fire marshal and first aid training.Role of a Warehouse Operative:

  • Order picking and packaging books and toys
  • Use of HHT (hand held terminals)
  • Duties may include but not limited to sorting, picking and packing
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
  • Flexibility regarding shifts and availability for overtimes
  • Physically fit and capable of maintaining physical activity
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Ability to give attention to detail
This role is fast paced with some lifting/moving of products and boxes weighing up to 25KG is required and thus candidates must be physically fit and reliable, Full training is provided.Details:
  • Salary
  • Base pay (7am-8pm) £9.27 per hour
  • Afternoon shift allowance (8pm-10pm): £9.79 per hour
  • Working Hours: Sunday to Friday (5 out of 6) 11:30-19:30 or 14:00-22:00
  • Flexible working days available
  • Location: Burton On Trent,DE14 2UZ
  • Immediate Starts
