ob Advert: CACHE Level 3 Teaching AssistantPosition: Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3)Location: Primary School in BranstonStart Date: September 2024Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to FridayAre you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact on their educational journey Our welcoming and dynamic primary school in Branston is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team startingin September 2024.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
  • Assist with classroom management and organization.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational activities and resources.
  • Supervise students during break and lunchtimes as needed.
Requirements:
  • CACHE Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
