Job Description

Our client is a leading Manufacturer based in Burton on Trent. They current have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join them within their Service Department on a temporary to permanent basis.General duties include:

  • Inputting and processing technical reports from engineers onto the CRM system
  • Reviewing and logging technical reports onto the CRM whilst checking for any grammar and spelling errors
  • Liaising with engineers and confirming their follow ups and quotations
  • Processing invoices
  • Working alongside the accounts department and preparing invoices on the CRM.
  • Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and via email.
