Head of Development - Hybrid - Up To £110k - Bonus - Excellent BensAre you a Head of development thats passionate about driving a successful team Do you own a track record leading large scale teams to success Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics365My client is one of the UKs leading Digital health businesses that are currently undergoing a massive digital transformation. They are seeking a Head of Development to join their IT Delivery team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the CTO.Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and implement plans to continually enhance software development processes, ensuring streamlined workflows and on-time project deliveries.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team, promoting ongoing growth and advancement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to collect and prioritize software requirements.
  • Showcase an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, leveraging this expertise to steer the development of customized solutions aligned with business requirements.
Your skills
  • Proven track record in a leadership capacity, overseeing software development teams.
  • Specialized expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Git version control, and various integration technologies.
  • Robust understanding of contemporary software development practices, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering top-tier software products, consistently meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
