Job Description

We are looking to internally develop motivated and enthusiastic individuals within the Estates Team to help them progress in to a position where they are prepared both through experience and academically to take on an Estates Officer role.You will be part of the Estates Management Team who are responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive maintenance and installation service across the Trust’s retained Estates, which will be responsive, efficient, financially effective and to a high standard.You will be given the tools to help you develop into the next level specialist within your field.This post requires you to be flexible and work across the whole University Hospitals of Derby and Burton (UHDB) Estates including Derby, Burton, Lichfield and Tamworth.This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.In return we will offer:
