Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Learning Executive to join the innovative and creative Learning & Development team for our client in Burton-on-Trent. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest in the L&D sectorand a passion for content creation. The role is working for a leading organisation in their field and is a excellent opportunity to join a highly successful team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce creative, innovative, and effective learning solutions to meet business objectives in a variety of formats including eLearning, video, audio and PDFs
  • Apply knowledge of design / learning theory to design learning digital assets based on source information provided by subject matter experts and the design project partners
  • Support the L&D function to deliver creative and innovative learning solutions
  • Provide creative ideas into learning design solutions for divisional and corporate delivery, based on requirements from subject matters experts and the design project partners
  • Upload and test learning in the Learning Management System
  • Manage your workload to ensure learning materials are delivered on time
Key Skills:
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks from start to completion
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of learning technology
  • Create most effective learning solution based on business need, desired outcome, and time constraints
  • Understand the technology used in modern learning and how to design and produce a blended learning offer maximising capability and productivity from the resource applied
  • Working towards an expert knowledge of design software packages, such as Gomo
  • Articulate Storyline and Adobe products such as Illustrator, After Effects, Indesign and Premiere Pro
  • Demonstrate design skills, such as the creation of digital content, video, course materials, images, footage, etc.
  • Some knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand or an applicable knowledge of other LMS systems
