THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are looking for a Customer Service Advisor-German speaking working for a manufacturing company based in the Loughborough area. The ideal candidate will coordinate all customer queries & opportunities for the region. This will involveco-ordinating quotations and providing timely information to all customers. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the below working hours which is on a rota basis, Monday to Friday07H30 to 15H3008H30 to 16H30THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitating all actions necessary to assist Product Line Managers to develop sales in the specified regionCo-ordinate with the various product development teams to penetrate areas for new products and assist with any promotional activitiesCarry out co-ordination of quotationsProvide timely information to customers to ensure optimum customer serviceProactively contribute to all team projectsGenerate and work on daily Microsoft Excel reports relating to sales order managementEnsure that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered within 24 hoursFlexible as customer and team requirements changeEnsure robust relationships are built and managed both internally and externallyOn Time Delivery focus and Root Cause AnalysisEnsures all quotation, project and promotional activity is monitored and reported monthlyEXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Essential for the successful candidate to have customer service experienceGood interpersonal skills are a necessity Previous experience in inside sales / customer service is desirableGood communication skills, both written & verbal are essentialAnalytical and detail conscious with a commitment to excellenceWell organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyFlexible approach within an ever changing environmentAbility to positively promote a professional way of working cultureHighly ethical and can work in a team environmentAdvanced PC skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Outlook and Office), and common applicationsSAP and CRM knowledge is preferablePlease put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
