Job Description

Due to successful growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Scheduler in the Burton-On-Trent area of Staffordshire. A minimum of 12 months of experience in scheduling is essential for this job.Pay Rates & Benefits

  • £21,450.00 pro rata rate per annum.
  • 25 hours a week: 12.30 - 17.30 (Monday to Friday).
  • Take part in the evening and weekend on-call rota (in addition to basic salary).

Job DescriptionOur Care Schedulers are a key part of the way we deliver high-quality care. You will focus on ensuring that our clients receive the same regular CAREGivers, arriving consistently and reliably at the agreed time. In this way, our brilliant CAREGivers canbuild positive relationships, and our clients see the same familiar faces. You will speak to both CAREGivers and clients on a daily basis. It is an opportunity to make friendships that last a lifetime and create treasured memories for both you and our clients.Essential Criteria
  • Understand and build effective and efficient schedules around our clients and CAREGivers.
  • Ensure schedules are prepared, considering travel time, holidays, training, and last-minute cancellations.
  • Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members.
  • Match CAREGivers to new clients in conjunction with client services team and arrange introductions.
  • Ensure client schedules are matched to their needs, with the same CAREGiver and the same times each week, where possible.
  • Develop excellent relationships with both clients and CAREGivers so both can enjoy positive experiences.
  • Work with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels are met.
  • Work with the Care Team to ensure new and existing care packages can be resourced and scheduled on a timely basis.
  • Add and maintain all client and CAREGiver information onto the electronic scheduling system.
  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
  • Ensure compliance with Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy is met, in respect of employment and service delivery
Qualifications
  • Experience of working in a scheduling role.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation.
  • The ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
  • Team player.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
