SF Recruitment are currently working with a business in Burton upon Trent to recruit for a Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic team in Burton-upon-Trent. The role is initially required on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave, for up to 12 months.The standard hours are 37.5 per week, but we are open to having a conversation around reduced hours to suit the candidate, however these must be a minimum of 28 hours. Some of your duties will include: -Posting payments to customer accounts from remittances and online payments received. -Processing purchase invoices to our accounting software and matching with POs. -Running a weekly debtors report, ensuring customer account balances are up to date and help assist chasing overdue balances. -Assisting the Managing Director with month end preparation, such as posting accrual journals and prepayments. -Processing the monthly payroll for the company If this role is of interest to you, and you have experience within an accountancy field then please do get in touch for immediate consideration.
