This role will suit someone from an SME Manufacturing background who is truly passionate about delivering results through Quality, Health & Safety and Environment initiatives.The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System and fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioural practices at all levels of the organisation.Your ultimate goal is to drive through Quality initiatives to improve operational efficiencies in a safe and healthy environment with special attention to the environmental impact for our team.You will need to take a collaborative approach and work to embed a compliance culture throughout the organisation, from our shop floor operators to our senior management team members. You will work closely with and support the Management Team and provide a comprehensive, proactive, and professional QHSE service aimed at continual improvement.
