Job Description

They are seeking equally ambitious individuals who want to grow with the Company.The purpose of the Project Coordinator is to support the team of Project Managers ensuring that all projects run smoothly and to the high standards our clients expect.Role

  • Obtaining competitive material quotes from our supplier base (direct and distributors)
  • Placing orders for sub-contractors materials, plant and equipment
  • Financial reporting against projects
  • Working closely with the projects team to ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontractors
  • Looking for and delivering cost efficiencies with all our projects
  • Project scheduling
  • Building and maintaining relationships with all our supply chains.
Requirements
  • You will have experience in a similar role in the construction industry. Previous experience in the Solar PV industry is desired but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills: able to communicate clearly, effectively and to the point.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Used to working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Team player and desire to influence and grow professionally in a fast-moving and growing environment
  • Proficiency in standard MS packages and able to use CRM packages/software.
